Important Legal Notice for USA citizens & resident aliens of USA:

Please read the first item of our FAQ page!

The following is adapted from Kherson Girls' policy from Internet page:

http://www.khersongirls.com/policies.htm#11.%20How%20to%20get%20a%20ladies%20private%20contact%20information.

How to get a ladies private contact information.

We have setup a procedure that would allow you to get a lady's private contact information though our agency.

First, you would need her permission.  You can e-mail office@odessamarriageagency.com and have us ask or you can send her a letter and ask the lady if you can contact her directly.  If she agree, she would need to contact the office and give the staff permission to release her contact information to you.  If the the lady give her permission, then we would activate the "Address" button on her profile so you could order her contact information though the web interface.  What information is released is up to the lady, not the agency.  The private contact information would normally be her mobile telephone number and/or her home address.  Only a few ladies have a direct e-mail address.  We do consider a request for a lady's private contact information to be a sign of a higher level of commitment.  Any attempt to order the address of multiple ladies at the same time or during short time periods would be seen more as an attempt to collect addresses than as seeking a serious relationship.  Our anti-scam policy is designed to protect both the Ladies and Clients.  If you have any questions about this policy please contact me at the above e-mail address or you could write to the owner of Kherson Girls directly at kevin@khersongirls.com.

It has been our experience that a lady client rarely consents to a release of her home/physical address; further, it is my laymen's opinion that IMBRA* has made releasing an address quite problematic; therefore, for the privacy and protection of our lady clients, Odessa2 agency policy is to not release a lady's home/physical address unless she has given us prior, written consent, after reading the male client's IMBRA disclosure in her native language, which should satisfy IMBRA.  But, of course, she could give her home/physical address directly to a male client that she meet in person, without involving this agency, except that one should still, I believe, try to satisfy IMBRA disclosure to the lady and getting her OK, before receiving her address/contact information.

Men seeking to marry a lady not already living in USA should, if using a "marriage broker," see item "1." at Internet page:
