Your rental agent and all-around good guy Vasiliy!

Please telephone Vasiliy (+380.981.011.903) to inquire about apartments available and their costs to rent. Please try to only call between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM Ukrainian time.
Apartment costs are, of course, quite variable depending on such factors as:
- location;
- what floor;
- "High Season" or Low Season" (see FAQ page for explanation);
- with or without a "reliable" elevator (most apartment buildings that I've seen in Odessa don't have an elevator; taller buildings do, but then you have to decide whether its elevator look inviting);
- number of rooms (see the below Terminology Notes);
- amenities such as Internet connection, computer, washing machine, plasma/LCD TV, CD/DVD player, bath tub or only a shower stall, land-line telephone for local calls...;
- with or without on-site staff (very rare to have on-site, English-speaking staff unless you were renting an "apartment" from a "hotel hybrid" (my terminology) such as Odessa Executive Suites).
Terminology Notes
Note: "Rooms: 2" means 1 bedroom plus living room/den. "Rooms: 3" means 2 bedrooms plus living room/den. If a room were not separated from a kitchen, it would not be counted as a "Room", but such a space often has a foldout couch which would add "2" to the number of "Places".
Note: "Places: 2" means sleeping space for two people assuming they share the bed. "Places: 4" means sleeping space for four people assuming two people per shared bed. Most flats have a fold-out couch in the living room/den, which would add "2" to the number of "Places".
